Microscope Service and Sales recently carried out their annual customer survey as part of the strategy to continually improve both the quality of our service and levels of customer satisfaction.
The results were overwhelmingly positive with 78% of respondents reporting that Microscope Service and Sales were “extremely professional” in their approach and over 85% agreeing that the needs of their company or organisation were understood by the team. Over 85% of respondents said that the microscope engineers were able to solve their problems with over 90% agreeing that they would recommend us to a colleague.
The team at Microscope Service and Sales are of course delighted with these results and aim to keep up the good work with all our customers. Thank you to all those who participated in the survey and gave so generously of their time and opinions.
